How did you meet?

A & I in Galveston, TX May 2007

How do you feel about online dating? Well, I was not a fan of it at all in the past. And yet, a year ago yesterday A and I met on e-harmony. God works in mysterious ways! I am thankful to have opened myself up to the new experience as a possible way for God to introduce me to someone wonderful and that He did. It is hard to believe that A and I did not know each other a year ago and yet that it has been an entire year that we've been talking to each other and getting to know each other. We continue to prayerfully seek God's will for our relationship and enjoy the process. May God bless you and yours!

You two look so cute together. Adrian, I sure wish we could have met you last week! I'm sure you're nothing but wonderful if you are dating my sweet friend. She deserves nothing but the best--no pressure!

In many ways it seems much shorter than a year, but in others it seems like we've known Adrian for a very long time. Can't wait for you guys to come visit Houston again.

I don't know if you will get this as I am new to blogging and don't know how comments posted to old posts show up. Do they get emailed to you or do you only see them if you read your old posts?

Anyway, I just found you this weekend, I think through Like Merchant Ships. I have really enjoyed your blog which is why I am reading posts from October 2007!

I met my husband on EHarmony in 2003 and we married in 2004. We are expecting our second baby in a few months and are thrilled that God blessed us in this way via the internet!

Many blessings to you and Adrian, he seems like a keeper, but God will make it clear if he is to be your mate.

Tracey, I do get e-mailed when I have a new comment. Thanks so much for commenting and for your positive comments. Unfortunately I had a negative blogging experience this weekend with someone commenting meanly and I thank God for redeeming that situation in a way through your kind thoughts. Thank you so much! I don't actually know if you'll check back to see this but I want to thank you for your encouragement. May God continue to bless your family richly! Kelly
