What did this post title make you think of?
The first time I read the words "marshmallow soup" I was definitely intrigued but was also picturing something perhaps pink and white, somewhat frothy and definitely sweet.

(yes, it's one of our favorite restaurants and I'm starting to realize that I talk about it all the time)

I know, they really do look like it, huh?
They are actually tiny goat cheese souffles! Yum!
They're floating in tomato carrot bisque and topped with a drizzle of pesto.
