Two blog posts in two days! Maybe things are getting a little more back to "normal".

All I can say is we're so thankful that Nana is here to help out with lots of baby holding and laundry and spoiling of all of us! It leaves a girl with a little time to blog.

And it leaves a girl with a little time to make things pretty, something that has kind of gone by the wayside when you're just trying to keep your head above water with the day to day caring for your family.

My wonderful friend Marla brought flowers when she came last week and these hardy blooms have survived past the others. It was time to give them their own "vase". I spotted this old bedspring on a shelf and decided to somehow incorporate it with the flowers. I like how it turned out.
