It was sort of like a very soft oatmeal cookie on top and pecan pie filling next to the crust.
It was pretty good but nothing spectacular. But then I'm not overly partial to pecan pie.
I probably won't make it again but I am so glad that now I know. :)

I think you should make it again and add chocolate chips. Then it would HAVE to be good!

Kelly- Oatmeal Pie definitely sounds like it would have promise, but I'll stick with the oatmeal cookies. To answer your question at the end of the blog on the weekend - my Sunday was all about landscaping! Gerber Daisies out front, Begonias on the deck, Gardenia in a new pot, Pampas Grass on the corners of the house . . . hard work, but really fun, too. Anyway - nice to be able to drop in on your blog to see how you and Adrian are doing! -Tim
