there's got to be something . . .

I was at Wal-mart and I spied this in a dusty box on a bottom shelf in lawn & garden. I love the fact that it is vintage looking and from the looks of it it may have been sitting around awhile for real. Anyway, I like the colors and the stripes and just feel like for around $2 a package, there's GOT to be something wonderful and creative and fun and crafty to be done with it, but what????

Love these! I can't wait to hear some of the creative ideas! I think weave them into a bulletin board with fun clips. Or even a placemat for summer time.

How about reweaving an old lawn chair????? You can tell your creativity must have skipped a generation. :)

After reading your post today, I'm definitely sending you an article about a store that just "screams" Kelly!!

The first words in the article said, "We love to use unexpected pieces for a different use than orginally intended."

Guess where it's located.....Dallas!!!

Look for it next week!

I think you could use those to make a really cool purse or beach bag! I've seen patterns for purses out of duct tape, ribbon, candy wrappers, and juice drink packages. I'm sure you could use one of the same patterns!

Love them! I have some great ideas to use them for playrooms (bulletin boards, frame out some kids art, etc.). Guess you just need to have some kids! :)
