I'll be honest. My spiritual life feels a bit dry lately. I'm not sure how to "jump start" it. How are you delighting in Him these days? Any thoughts/suggestions? Thanks! Kelly
Isn't that frustrating?! I totally have highs and lows in my own walk with the Lord. Being in a group study like Beth Moore has always helped me be in the WORD daily. If your church offers one...they're are wonderful!!:)
OOOH, wow this hits me hard today. I am having a similar struggle. I think I may just have to lower this large pregnant body to its knees tonight and ask for some Holy Spirit intervention for you and for myself. Thanks for your honesty, friend--just another reason why I love you so much.
p.s. My "word verification" that I have to type in to post a comment is "boost". Do you think that's a coincidence? I don't!
I've been on a LONG drought myself. For me, keeping a written journal helps. It gives me the chance to put my REAL feelings on paper with no fear of the entire world reading it. And, when I get older, I have a record of where I've been, how I got there, and hope for the Lord helping me out of it. Yes, I'm still in a drought. But I have faith that this drought will end...and every once in a while, I get a little sprinkle in the midst of my spritual dryness. Don't lose hope Kelly! You are one of my sprinkles! Brenda
